Private Music Lessons - Beginners through Advanced
Here at Rick’s, your teacher will become your mentor and partner in your musical journey. From week to week, he or she will customize your music lessons, taking into consideration your skill level, your musical goals and your personal learning style. You’ll get encouragement and be challenged to grow and enjoy playing.
Our Music Teachers
The Music Teachers at Rick’s are simply fantastic, uniquely qualified to to teach you the instrument you want to learn, including voice! Plus, many offer specialties ranging from Advanced Music Theory or Jazz Improv to Recording also available through personalized, one-on-one instruction. Special Music Programs
We offer special music programs and some packaged lessons such as Intro to Guitar, Advanced Electric Guitar Lab, Summer Jam Camp, Dynamic Duo and Rhythms for Rascals (for youngsters ages 2 and up). See a full description of each program »

All Rick’s Music World Students get a 5% to 10% discount on merchandise. That’s in addition to our normal sell for price which is already 20% to 40% off retail!

Studios and Practice Space
Our Learning Center features twelve studios and a reception area. Each studio has been specially designed with walls 6" thick for sound control. They are climate controlled and well lit with viewing windows for visability. Our Group Studio is host to a variety of activities and small group classes, such as Jam Camp, Recording Classes and Rhythm for Rascals.
Rick’s Music Café and free wi-Fi
A meeting place for musicians, music lovers and students alike, the Rick’s Café serves as the heartbeat of our business, featuring gourmet coffee and tea, bakery pizza, desserts, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Cafe and Stage Waiting Area
Parents and students can catch a concert on our big screen TV and relax with a nice cold beverage while waiting for their lesson. It’s a family-friendly environment. Every Thursday night the lights go down as we open up our stage to local musical talent on Open Mic Night. Public welcome.
